Membership has its perks. Whether you want to only join us virtually or you want access to all things in person and on the computer, we have a membership that will ease the burden on the wallet.
We offer over 30 small group sessions per week with at least three classes every day of the week. All classes will be run both in person and virtually. Class size is limited to 10-12 individuals. No exceptions. We want to make sure you feel seen, you can be heard, and you feel comfortable not being too close to others around you.
If membership is not your thing, we would love to have you drop in when you can or purchase a class pack.
Unlimited virtual class membership
$100/month — no contract
Not ready to join in person? Located outside of the Charlotte area? If you want to feel like you are a part of class, but you can’t actually make it to class, jump into any class anytime for a lower price. Unlimited virtual membership cost does not include small group training classes.
Unlimited class membership
$199/month — no contract
Planning to spend time with us exclusively in real life? Maybe you want to join virtual sometimes and in real life other times? With this membership you can sign up for any real life or virtual class anytime. Unlimited membership cost does not include small group training drop ins.
All unlimited class members receive a discount on nutrition and physical therapy services and can attend any virtual class any time.

CCT RUN
MEMBERSHIP
CCT RUN is a run training program focused on helping people run smarter and better through all stages of life through structured run workouts and coaching. Through various types of running, by incorporating strength, mobility and a well-rounded fitness regime individuals will be challenged to learn how to run smarter, slow down and speed up when it is appropriate and build authentic relationships with coaches and other participants.
Workouts are 55-90 minutes and include dynamic warmups, a programmed run, strength and/or speed work and stretching.
