Personal and small group training sessions are specifically based on a client’s needs and goals. Workouts are meant to be interactive with your coach, so we offer class sessions with no more than 10-12 people as well as personal 1-on-1 sessions.

$15 — VIRTUAL CLASS

$32 — SINGLE CLASS IN PERSON
